Please review the "How the Contest Works" page carefully, and make sure each entry submitted to the contest is accompanied by the necessary documents. Entries not accompanied by entry/artwork release forms and evaluation surveys will be disqualified. Exception: NO evaluation surveys will be required for grades Kindergarten-3rd.
